Home Tester Club is an international product testing website that gives you products for free. The only thing you need to do is drop a review of the product you receive from them onto their website.
The free products you get range from beauty and health products right up to coffee makers, vacuum cleaners, air fryers and more.

Home Tester Club is unsurprisingly a site that offers you completely free products to test from home. These can range from cheaper items such as health and beauty right up to expensive electrical items and appliances.
The only real expectation from them is that you use and review the free product(s) that you’re sent. You may be required to not just review on Home Tester Club itself, but also on other review sites or even post on social media about the product. All very straightforward.
Despite the simplicity of the process, there are things that you can do to ensure that you receive more products to test and/or higher quality and higher value products to test. We’ll address these techniques below.
So as mentioned, the process itself is rather simple. Home Tester Club has created a handy process diagram showing just how it works:
When you’ve signed up you’ll see any product testing opportunities available to you. All you need to do is select it, and answer some short survey questions about it.
If you’re selected, they will ship the product out for you to test completely free of charge. You keep the product which is especially nice for high-end products. You won’t always be selected though, but we discuss below how to increase your changes dramatically.
Then it’s just a matter of using the product, reviewing it, and perhaps taking a few photos of it. Nothing complex. And because you keep the product, you could technically sell it on (although technically against the rules of the site…) assuming it is a reusable item.

The country availability for Home Tester Club is effectively global. Although it is admittedly rather limited in South America. We’ve included the list below, which as you can see is fairly extensive:
If your country is not on the list keep checking back as they state in their FAQ that they’re actively expanding into more and more countries as time goes on.
Apart from that, you’ll obviously need a valid postal address so that they can ship the products out to you for testing.
The sign up process for Home Tester Club is what you’d expect for the most part. You’ll be asked for some personal information to set up your account. Just make sure that your country is valid at the top of the form.
Because they will be shipping products to you, of course, you need to share your street address with them. All this information is stored privately, so no need to dwell on any privacy concerns.
What you will be asked, is in line with what many paid survey sites do on sign-up. And that is a very basic user-profiling survey:
After that, you’ll get an activation email to confirm your account and that’s it, you’re signed up and ready to log in to Home Tester Club.
As we’ve mentioned, Home Tester Club offers your free products and samples. This is technically not an earning opportunity, but if you dare to ignore the site’s rules, you can of course sell on the reusable products that you get. Whether you do this or not is a judgement call.
Now we’re going to look at how you get these free products and more importantly how you make sure that you get more products to test, and higher value products to test.
From your dashboard, if you click on “Test” you will see all product testing opportunities available to you. When you select one you will be dropped into a simple survey which will be used to determine your eligibility for the product test.
Simply run through the questions and wait. If you are selected to test you’ll be informed and then within 1-3 weeks the product will turn up at the address you registered with.
Now for the important part. How do you get more free products from Home Tester Club? Well, first of you need to make sure that you apply for every testing opportunity available from your dashboard. It is a numbers game. Check back a few times a week to make sure you don’t miss any new product testing applications.
Next, be very mindful when you fill in the registration survey for each product testing opportunity. Now, I want to make it clear that you should never lie on surveys as it is a quick way to get banned. What you should do however is to answer as though you are the most enthusiastic person in the world.
They want to know if your oral health is important to you? Yes it is, there is nothing more important on the planet!
They want to know if you like chocolates? Yes, you eat it. Every. Single. Day.
And so on.
They want people that care about their product. They want people that are going to review it with enthusiasm and shout about it from the rooftops. If you want more products to test from Home Tester Club – be that hyper-enthusiastic person.
Next up, we have premium product testing. So you will come across surveys for expensive items naturally but if you want the really big ticket items you’re going to have to become a master contributor.
You will be competing against all other users on Home Tester Club to earn the most points in a given month. You earn points by simply using the site. We’ve added a list below. So as you can see above, a lot of the point-earning methods are around product reviews. But if you only review the products you get for free you’ll be nowhere near the top of the leaderboard.
If you review everything you ever buy, you’re in with a good chance. The top 20 people each month are selected for premium product testing. The big-ticket items.
Note: This is very similar to Amazon Vine, where the more reviews you do, the bigger the chance you have for amazing free products. And remember, there’s nothing stopping you from dropping your reviews on both platforms, just make sure to alter the wording, etc.
We had a pleasant surprise and were selected for the first product trial that we applied for. Only a few days after signing up, we received a product directly to our door (for free). For us, this product was Colgate Max White:

Product Check
We followed the instructions and used the toothpaste daily for around a week and a half. In fact, we continued using it afterwards because, well… free toothpaste! Shortly after the week and a half mark, we received an email requesting that we complete a task, which was to review the product on Home Tester Club. So, we did just that:
We also like the fact that you can enter a nickname or pseudonym for your review so you don’t have to divulge your own name online.
And that was it. We applied, got a free product, used it, and reviewed it. Overall a very, very smooth process from beginning to end.
The free products and samples that you can get from Home Tester Club are varied. They range from hair and beauty right up to electricals and appliances.
What I absolutely love about Home Tester Club is that they show you all past products that have been reviewed by members. This kind of transparency is great and not something that most product testing websites value.
All of these Home Tester Club products (and reviews) can be seen in the reviews section of the site. If it has a little pink icon with a smiley face (as above), it means that it has previously been given away as a free product for home testing.
Side note: We’re very impressed with the value and quality of some of the free offerings they’ve given to users in the past.
The Home Tester Club app unfortunately does not exist, at least at the moment. However, their site is well-optimized for mobile and I’m doubtful of how much benefit there would be to having a Home Tester Club app to download.
You only really access the site to apply for free products and to post your reviews. Really, all I can see that a mobile app would provide in addition are notifications of new products for testing. But that could be a double-edged sword as you’d be competing with more people for the free items.

Other product review sites seem to guard the list of previous free products as if it were the biggest secret in the world. Home Tester Club openly displays them which lets you see instantly if the site is worth the time for you personally.
Added to that, they have a huge range of different products available for testing. It also seems like this list is updated very frequently.
The main low point is that many people only get accepted for a few free products per year. Our tips above will help you increase how many products you get to review though. It also shows the importance of making sure that you sign up to multiple product testing websites to ensure the max amount of free products.
Finally, you’re technically not allowed to sell the products after use. Of course in a lot of cases that wouldn’t be possible anyway as you’d have already used or consumed them. But for electricals and the like, there is money to be made by selling them on. But you would be violating the site’s rules so that is a grey area judgement call on your part.
Overall, Home Tester Club is one of the very best home product testing sites we’ve seen. Sign up, grab some free stuff but don’t expect to make a fortune on this one.
We can say that with absolute certainty, Home Test Club is legit. It is a very real, valid, and legitimate way to get free products to test directly from a wide range of retailers. We have not located any information on any scams, problems or issues with the site other than people upset that they don’t get enough free products!
Trustpilot rates Home Tester Club at a respectable 3.4. Again, most of the negative reviews here are simply people unhappy that they didn’t get more free products.
Again, Home Tester Club is 100% safe to use. The website uses secure communication via HTTPS so you can be confident that your data is safe. Of course, your information will be shared with retailers for them to be able to decide whether or not to send you, personally, free products. But this is all handled above board and you’re asked for your permission to pass this information along.
